 I will do my best to understand your needs and will work with you to develop a web site according to your specifications and intentions. My web design services are guaranteed to be to your satisfaction. All web design packages are expandable, flexible and custom designed for your business. You may upgrade and make additions at anytime. As a business owner, you do not have the time to learn Web page design, find a host, and maintain a web site. You need to hire someone to maintain the web site for you. I take a personal interest in the web sites I design and concentrate on making "our" web sites attractive and informative to both the owner and the user. If you want special features, we can discuss them, but I try to keep the web site simple and effective.

Basic Package could include:

One to six page site that includes your company logo, e-mail link, graphics and other information.

Fee ........... $200.00 which includes the setup and design fees, and installation to ISP  
(see special minimalist plan - hosting included)

You can have one large page or several smaller pages.

Smaller web page would be approx. 8 x 10 in. (or less) if printed with up to 50 lines of your text.

One large page could have several sections with bookmarks. If you have more than 5 photos or graphics per web page, I suggest additional short pages instead.

Logo Graphic (you supply - or I can do if minimum of work)

Design of page to fit an overall theme - coordinating with your logo

Colorful lines, bullets, bar & backgrounds

Stock background (unless you provide the background)

Several images per page - either digital photos or scanned (I can take digital photos for you - negotiable)

Links to external web pages and assistance in placing your link on sites designed to help your business grow

Email link to your email account. This could be existing or supplied with site depending on ISP.

Installation of pages to your ISP's hosting computer

Floppy disk(s) or CD containing all web files upon request.

Counters, feedback, statistics (if supported by ISP)

On-line coupon for user to print out if desired

In person/E-mail/phone consultation (Telephone long distance charges may be in addition to package rates quoted. Travel expenses may be added if necessary.)

What I do NOT do:

I do not host the web site - I will assist you in selecting a reliable and affordable web hosting service for your site, and once you have made your choice we will upload your site onto the selected web host's servers, ensuring your site is functioning properly. Fees for this hosting could be from $10 - $50 per month, depending on ISP, payable to them.

If you want a domain name, there is an additional annual charge for that, controlled by others.

I know most people reading this are experiencing their first exposure to web site design - if you do not understand something, ask your kids, no, just kidding, ask me - I will be more than happy to discuss anything. It will help both of us in the long run.

Additional web pages add...$25-50 each page depending on complexity.

I will update your web site for the 1st month (minor changes only) included in the basic price.
After that, there will be charges on an hourly rate.
